After the final exams, I went to Tongariro crossing track with three thai friends. The only thing we concerned about was the weather. Fortunately, we had absolutely perfect weather especially the second day (the tramping day). It was very very cold. Everywhere we walked pass was covered by snow. It was tiring, tough but AWESOME walk.
It would be really beautiful in Summer as there are a few lakes and lots of volcanos up there. It should be more colourful than in Winter of course. Anyway, I still enjoyed the walk and scenery. White snow and dark blue sky only just kept me walking, walking and walking.
On the day back, we drove pass the desert road. It isn't beautiful at all in Summer (I guess). It's too dry and no tree at all along the way. That's why it's called "desert" road. But not in Winter, I don't know what others think about it. To me, I liked it without a particular reason. I just liked it. That's all!
Finally, thanks to my fellows, Proud, Oat and Dome for the lovely, enjoyable trip. I look forward to the next trip. Yo! :D
